Samtala offers both online and offline help for mental health. I pair classic techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with an array of customised tools to help build and sustain good habits and to help clients with their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The online help will be offered through online courses for mental health. These will soon be offered through another business. More info will come shortly. I who run these two businesses is Sofia Allberg. Since 2009, I have worked with clients who need help with their mental health. I use CBT and Mindfulness techniques to help my clients deal with all kinds of mental health problems.
