What Employers Need to do to Following the new EPA

• Employers have an expanded obligation to provide written information to employees.

•  “General fixed term employments” has been replaced by “special fixed term employments”. A special fixed term employment transfers into permanent employment much quicker than general fixed term employments. Therefore, it is imperative to keep track on the aggregate period of employment.

•  Employers can no longer prohibit employees from having other employments.
